Promise Fest & Trunk or Treat 2024 will be on Saturday, October 26th from 11am-3pm. The location will be the same at the Heritage Plaza across the street from the Downtown Hayward Library. We will have a ton of free activities for families including: live music, performances, food, art, and more. We plan on servicing over 12,000 people for the day.
